Privacy Policy
This site is a set of static pages describing a product. It has no accounts, no forms, and no analytics or advertising tracking scripts.
When you write to us, or reach us through Telegram, the email address, account and message you provide are used only to reply to your enquiry. They are not used for anything else and are not passed to third parties.
The site carries Google and Bing site-verification markers so that search engines can index it. They are not used to identify visitors.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, the hosting provider processes access logs and the security checks it needs under its own policies. That part is outside our control, and it is not linked to any contact details we hold.
Email is carried by a third-party mail provider, whose own privacy policy governs how it is handled.
To have information you sent us earlier deleted, write to evafyss02@gmail.com and we will delete it once we have verified the request.
Terms of Use
The content here describes the Orvia product and its features. It is not an offer, a commitment or a warranty. The features actually delivered, the scope of work and the commercial terms are those set out in a signed contract.
The interface screenshots and data shown on this site are demonstration examples. The lab name, customers, sample numbers and test data in them are fictional and do not represent any real customer, sample or test result.
The names and numbers of the standards and criteria referenced on this site (such as ISO/IEC 17025, CNAS-CL01, RB/T 214, GL 2010, and the ASTM and ISO test-method standards) belong to their respective issuing bodies. They are cited only to describe the requirements the system is built against. They do not mean this product holds any accreditation, qualification or authorisation.
Orvia is a software product, not an accreditation or qualification body. A laboratory’s CNAS accreditation and CMA qualification are obtained by the laboratory itself; the system does not by itself confer recognition of any laboratory’s competence.
External sites linked from here are the responsibility of their own operators, and we are not responsible for their content.
